3) What shipping options do you offer?
--Generally, suggest you deliver by sea, it is the cheapest delivery way as our furniture is so big. We can also deliver by express(DHL,UPS,FedEx),by air according to the quantities.
4)Do I have to pay shipping?
--We can quote FOB or CIF price, If you want a price included shipping cost, please ask for CIF. Advise us your nearest local sea port, so that we can check the shipping cost for you.
5)Where is your nearest local sea port ?
--Ningbo and Shanghai sea port in China.
6)What is the warranty for products?
--2 years warranty for normal using.
7) Can you make the product according to our requests?
--Yes. We can do customized designs, including dimensions, colors, shapes, different rattan materials, frame materials etc.
8)How to clean the rattan furniture?
--Clean with a soft bristle brush and a solution of a quarter-cup dish soap to two cups warm water.Rinse and dry in the sun.
9)Can you accept mixed items order?
--Yes. please send the items you are interested in to us.Per item MOQ is 10 sets.
